About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Intimacy Operations team as an Intern. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and flexible environment. As an Intimacy Operations Intern, you will contribute to the seamless execution of casual connection initiatives while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the development and implementation of hands-on projects, primarily focusing on mutual satisfaction deliverables.
Support cross-functional activities, including but not limited to cuddling, kissing, and the occasional Netflix binge.
Provide real-time feedback on operational performance during designated after-hours sessions.
Maintain consistent communication to ensure alignment on availability and expectations.
Contribute to a positive and stress-free atmosphere through witty banter and strategic snack-sharing.

Qualifications:

Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on physical chemistry.
Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, low-commitment environment.
Experience in pillow talk negotiations preferred.
Willingness to engage in collaborative conflict resolution, ideally over takeout.
